Obituary of Alexandre Daniel Sevcsik – The Reno Journal-Gazette and Mason Valley News

Alexander Daniel Sevcsik was born in Reno, Nevada on April 18, 2001. Alex was many things. A wonderful brother, a beloved son, a good friend. He was a daredevil who embraced life on the razor’s edge. He liked fast cars and cool shoes. He was an expert skier on any mountain, rolling down hills and throwing jumps. He enjoyed mountain biking with his dad on sunny mornings and cool evenings. Alex loved to travel, from Hawaii to DC to Switzerland. During his travels, he explored coral reefs, watched hockey games and hiked in the Alps. He could also slow down from time to time. He spent many peaceful afternoons fishing in ponds and streams. Alex had a big heart. A heart of gold. He cared deeply about his friends and family. He loved them so much, and they loved him so much. We will cherish this love and fond memories, and Alex will be greatly missed. We pray that he is in a better place, at peace and watching over us. He will always be in our hearts. He is survived by his parents Paul Sevcsik and Niabe Railey, his brother Philip, his half-brothers Cole and Parker, his stepfather Michael Railey, his grandmother Vivian Olds, his uncle Daniel Strozzi, his aunt Michelle Strozzi and his aunts Ann-Marie Sevcsik and Kristy Mills. April 18, 2001 to May 31, 2022.
